Seepage
Small amount of water started seeping into this crawlspace. Leading the homeowner to call Woods to have the crawlspace waterproofed and encapsulated.
Before Install
A non treated crawlspace can be a major stress on your budget. When a crawlspace is exposed to the open air, it will bring in those temperatures into your home, causing cold floors and rising energy costs during the winter months.
Water Barrier Liner
Our barrier liner keeps water from actually seeping into your crawlspace and instead blocks it. Now the water and leaks head directly to the sump pump and out of the crawlspace.
Dehumidifier and Sump Pump
Our dehumidifier takes out the moisture from the crawlspace, ensuring it will remain dry and preventing mold growth. The sump pump will also continuously move water out of the crawlspace.
Discharge Line
Our crew prepped installation for the discharge line, ensuring that water is released far enough from the home and not at an angle that would slide it back towards the home.
