Before Installation
The original supports put in this crawlspace were no longer enough to support the home's foundation after settling. This led the homeowner to call Woods to bring more support to the crawlspace and also waterproof the space.
Water Barrier Liner
Our water barrier liner protects the crawlspace from leaks or seepage. The water is totally barricaded from entering the actual space, instead it's forced to the sump pump and out of the crawlspace.
Steel Support System
Our steel support system is custom fit to each home and space, so it can be installed for foundation support inside a basement or crawlspace. In this space it supports the floor joists above, lifting them up creating a level surface, closer to the original height of the floors.
Dehumidifier and Sump Pump
Our dehumidifier system continuously runs and removes moisture from the air inside your crawlspace, preventing mold growth. The sump pump system will collect leaks and water from the water barrier liner and send it outside of the crawlspace.
Discharge Line
Our discharge line releases any leaks and water from the sump pump. The guard at the top of the line has a clog-free, preventing back up in the event of freezing or debris blocking the end of the line.
