Crawl Space Repair - Wet Crawl Space with Foam Board

The wet crawl space was causing more serious problems than the thermal break that the foam boards provided against the crawl space foundation walls. The Central AC unit ran and ran during the warmer months and the wood rot was beginning to show on the framing and flooring.
