This crawl space project included the installation of support jacks and supplemental beams to reinforce and level sagging floor joists, along with a high-performance sump pump system and drainage solutions to control moisture and maintain structural integrity. The support jacks are galvanized steel adjustable posts designed to permanently lift and stabilize sagging floor joists above crawl spaces. The sump pump system, equipped with a cast iron pump, liner, pump stand, airtight lid with floor drain, and alarm, was installed to provide reliable basement drainage and flood protection.
