A foundation was failing in a basement in Belleville, IL, as it was bowing inward and cracking. To solve this issue, Specialized GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These longer wall anchors are a customized solution for extreme foundation failure, as they will permanently stabilize the wall, straightening it to its original position and keeping it in place. The cracks will also be closed so that no water can leak through. This foundation will remain stable and secure for years to come!

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in the facility.  The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the building, and the other will attach to the wall itself.  The device can be tightened so over time it will be able to straighten the walls.
