A foundation was settling in a basement in Collinsville, IL, causing the floors in the house to tag. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the basement and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This basement will now remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
