The support beams were cracking in a crawlspace in Hume, IL, so the SmartJack System was installed. The steel-plated beam system, shown on the right side of the after photo, addresses foundation failure by reinforcing the connection between the foundation wall and the home’s floor system. These beams provide long-term structural joint support and restore stability to the foundation.
