A crawlspace in Bismarck, Missouri, started having some stability issues that needed addressed. To correct this issue, Woods installed the SmartJack system. This system consists of steel beams that are custom fit and set in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the home. These beams are highly durable and will support the home for decades to come.
Team Woods resecured these water damaged walls by installing PowerBrace beams on top of the walls and in the footing WaterGuard drains. WaterGuard drains will be used to collect water leaks that seep in and direct them towards the sump pump system. These two products will ensure that the basement is healthy and protected at all times.
Support beams in a crawlspace in Pittsfield, IL were rotting, causing the floors in the house to sink. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and joists in the crawlspace, and lift the floors in the house back to their original position. These will also reduce floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans. This crawlspace will remain stable for years to come!
The outdoor walls at this Pittsfield home were leaning inward, which if not anchored upright could fall over and potentially cause damage to the property. Our Woods foreman came to straighten out these walls and anchor them to hold them in place. By installing Geo-Lock™ Wall Anchors, these walls are guaranteed to stay in place and keep the rest of the home standing tall.
In Cottleville, Missouri homeowner Shea M. was dealing with a wet basement. Her basement was leaking where the floor meets the wall, causing damage to her flooring and her items in storage. She made a call to Woods Basement Systems after hearing a commercial on television. Our foreman Jose Lorenzana and his team were able to solve her leaking basement problem, as well as stop the formation of more foundation cracks in her home.
