Foundation Repair - St. Charles, MO Billboard secured with Helical Piers

This St. Charles, MO billboard sits in the middle of the construction site of a new Drury hotel. The land to the right of the billboard had to be excavated for construction of the hotel. This caused a unique problem in that the billboard could begin to tip over in that direction. The solution to keep the billboard in place was a combination of helical piers and tieback anchors.
