Bob M. and Cheryl B. from Glencoe, MO decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a free estimate when they realized that the concrete around their home was settling unevenly, which can happen as the result of several causes. Some of these causes being the weight that it is responsible for holding up or the weight of the concrete itself.

When Systems Design Specialist Michael T. visited the home, he assessed that the appropriate solution would be for foreman Andrew T. to install PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected into the concrete and lifts the surface and fills in cracks.

After the installation of PolyLevel, the homeowners are very happy that the the safety and quality of their home is back to good standing.

Now, the weight of her home is resting on these stabilized piers, rather than the settling soil.  The crew completed the job in just two days.

When Norman entered his basement after a rainstorm, he noticed some water seepage where the floor and the wall meet.  His friend referred him to the local basement experts, Woods Basement Systems.

Foreman Marshall Crawford and his associates started the project on August 19, 2013. The anchors were inserted in the soil outside the foundation.  There, they apply pressure to the foundation walls by the connection of a steel rod.  This procedure helps form them back to their original position.  They then installed an interior drainage channel called the WaterGuard system. The WaterGuard channels any access water that comes through the crack and channels it to the sump pump. By August 23^rd, the job was complete. 

Not only is Francis & LaVerne’s foundation safer, but their basement is now dry and they increased the value of their home.  They can now use their basement space without fear of their possessions getting water damage.    

Dennis went downstairs and noticed several orange stains on his basement floor.  He followed them and found that his pump wasn't pumping enough water out and it had caused his basement to leak.  He called Woods Basement Systems to how he could correct this problem.  Dennis ended up getting a Zoeller M-53 1/3 pump and an Ultra Pump to make sure the water stays out of his basement and doesn't cause any more damage.
