WaterGuard is a French drain system installed underneath the floor slab for clog-free drainage with a clean, finished appearance. To solve the leaking water issue, BrightWall along with a SaniDry XP. BrightWall is a system of wall panels that are bright and durable to prevent any mold growth from developing. These panels are water resistant which makes them the perfect solution to a historically wet home. The second waterproofing product, SaniDry XP, is a dehumidifier that will keep the home safe and dry. SaniDry XP will clean the air and is ten times more potent than traditional dehumidifiers. 

For resecuring the stability of the home, Geo-Lock wall anchors were installed to a troubled wall. Geo-Lock wall anchors are a permanent solution to overtime restore the wall. These anchors are installed outside or the home to pull the wall back into a safe position.

To solve this issue, the discharge line would be extended further into the yard to drive the water away from the home. By doing so, this will prevent water from leaking back into the house, preventing flooding.
