WaterGuard is a French drain system installed underneath the floor slab for clog-free drainage with a clean, finished appearance. It sends water to the TripleSafe unit, which uses three pumps for triple protection and uses the UltraSump battery backup system to keep it running in any weather. For additional water protection, SaniDry pumps up to 100 pints of water per day from the air, and its advanced filter removes even the tiniest irritants, such as dust and mold, from the air as well. To solve the leaking water issue, BrightWall along with a SaniDry XP. BrightWall is a system of wall panels that are bright and durable to prevent any mold growth from developing. These panels are water resistant which makes them the perfect solution to a historically wet home. The second waterproofing product, SaniDry XP, is a dehumidifier that will keep the home safe and dry. SaniDry XP will clean the air and is ten times more potent than traditional dehumidifiers.
For resecuring the stability of the home, Geo-Lock wall anchors were installed to a troubled wall. Geo-Lock wall anchors are a permanent solution to overtime restore the wall. These anchors are installed outside or the home to pull the wall back into a safe position.

A Woods' specialist noticed that the discharge line from the house was the root issue for the flooded crawl space. To solve this issue, the discharge line would be extended further into the yard to drive the water away from the home. By doing so, this will prevent water from leaking back into the house, preventing flooding.
Team Woods installed the new LandScape extension to the discharge line in this Vienna, Illinois home. Thanks to the LawnScape outlet, this crawl space won't flood or experience water damage. Now Rodney can enjoy his home knowing that his crawl space and the entire home is protected from damage.

Blake recommended installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier system onto the walls and floor to completely seal the crawl space from water damage.
A CleanSpace vapor barrier system is unlike any other because this system is made out of inorganic materials. This means that if water were to leak inside, no mold would be able to develop. The barrier system will also keep out water leaks by repelling the water.
Head foreman on the job, Chris S., worked along with this team to install the CleanSpace system onto the walls and floor of the crawl space. Now that the CleanSpace vapor barrier has been installed into this previously wet and musty crawl space, Wayne now can enjoy his home again!
