They permanently stabilize walls in place and prevent future damage. They can also straighten walls by tightening the anchors during dry conditions.

Next, a TripleSafe sump pump was put in place to catch and remove any water that might make it into the space. The final product that was installed was a Sanidry dehumidifier. The concrete patio around this home in Ferguson, MO. had begun to settle as the earth beneath it compressed under its weight. This compression did not occur evenly, causing the patio to settle into an unlevel and uneven pattern. Not only did this make the patio feel sloped, but it also caused the concrete to crack.
To fix this problem, the concrete needed to be brought back to a level surface and the cracks needed to be protected. Lifting the concrete back to its original position was simple enough for foreman Murphy W., who used PolyLevel™ to raise the sunken slabs and even out the patio.
PolyLevel™ is a durable foam-based product that gets injected beneath the concrete through tiny holes. Once installed, the foam solidifies into a strong and lightweight support that lifts the concrete above without adding weight to the already compressed soil beneath. This will permanently lift the concrete, unlike other solutions that will raise the concrete temporarilly, only to cause it to sink again as the extra weight compresses the soil even more.
Once the patio was brought back to its original position, the cracks were filled with NexusPro™ joint sealant. NexusPro™ is a polyeurathane-based sealant that is designed to flex with the natural expansion and contraction that concrete experiences as weather conditions change. The sealnt will protect the jagged edges of the cracks from grinding against one another and causing more damage. It will also prevent water from leaking through and eroding the soil under the concrete, ensuring that the patio doesn't settle again.
With PolyLevel™ lifting the concrete back to where its supposed to be and NexuPro™ protecting it from sinking again, this patio in Ferguason, MO. can be used safely and comfortable again without worry of it settling unevenly ever again.
