This customer wanted to be sure the basement stayed dry always so we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Which has three pumps and stands. There black box is a battery backup that will keep the system running in the vent of a power outage. In between the discharge lines is a WaterWatch alarm to alert you if water is rising and the system is not kicking on.
The caps on the discharge lines are to allow water to still flow in the event the lines are frozen or blocked somewhere.
The cellar! The waterproofing system known as Waterguard is installed around the perimeter and trench drains at the door to keep the room completely waterproofed.
Underground Discharge Line
All of our discharge lines are buried underground as to not alter the aesthetic of the outside of your home.
Laying Waterproofing System
A great view of the crew's work area. We carry down all rock and cement in buckets as to keep everything clean. Our system is laid in rock because the system doesn't clog when it does. Concrete will be poured over to hide it all.
A view of the cellar before we waterproofed it.
Perimeter Waterproofing System
The concrete is drying here but you can see the system has been installed with the concrete poured over which gives it its discreet look.
Cellar Job Progress
A great view of how our team laid out everything before pouring concrete. Everything is tied together; water is directed to the sump pump which goes to the discharge line which is buried underground and takes the water away from the home.
