In Blackwell, Missouri homeowner Patty A. wanted a way to completely waterproof her basement. She has recently began storing more precious items and keepsakes in her basement, and with the recent rainy weather, she wanted to make sure her items stay dry through any weather. With all the systems working together, Patty’s basement will be waterproofed and dry for years and years to come. Now, she will never have to worry about her items and keepsakes being destroyed.

Homeowners in Nebo, IL had an unfinished and wet crawl space.  This can lead to high humidity, condensation, mold, higher heating costs, and many more issues.  Woods Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace Basement Wall System into their crawl space.  This system provides a vapor barrier for the walls and floor around the crawl space to drain wall leaks and stop the water vapor from permeating the walls.  The barrier also adds a clean and bright atmosphere to the crawl space.  The homeowners were excited to finally have a clean and dry basement for years to come!

Design specialist John S. assessed the situation and decided the perfect solution was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system. Foreman James L. then headed to the home to get the job started. 

The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that covers the floors and the walls of the crawl space. It can also be wrapped around any piers in the crawl space. The CleanSpace system acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it. 

Leslie A. no longer has to worry about water flooding her home's crawl space. She now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

In O’Fallon, Illinois homeowner Nathan T. wanted to seal and waterproof his crawlspace. He began to notice that the floor above the crawlspace was sinking in and a smell coming from the space. They used our patented CleanSpace liner, which is a thick durable liner (similar to a pool liner) to cover the flooring and walls of crawlspace. Now, Dan has peace of mind knowing his crawlspace is sealed and waterproofed.

A house in Old Monroe, MO was settling, causing cracks to appear outside of it. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, raise it back up to its original position, and keep it in place. The cracks will also be closed, and the functions of the windows and doors will be improved. This will restore peace of mind for years to come!
