Underneath Production Manager Chris B., Foreman Robert G. and his crew installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System and now David can rest assured that his crawl space is now clean and dry!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Middle Brook, MO, creating a damp environment and allowing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will separate the crawlspace from the earth and will reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that covers the floors and the walls of the crawl space. It can also be wrapped around any piers in the crawl space. The CleanSpace system acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it.
