In O’Fallon, Illinois homeowner Nathan T. wanted to seal and waterproof his crawlspace. He began to notice that the floor above the crawlspace was sinking in and a smell coming from the space. He heard from a friend who had gotten his crawlspace sealed and waterproofed by Woods Basement Systems that he is now able to use the space for storage and it no longer effects the home above. Because of this, Dan finally decided to call Woods.
We sent our foreman Dwayne M. and his team out to the home to seal the crawlspace once and for all. They used our patented CleanSpace liner, which is a thick durable liner (similar to a pool liner) to cover the flooring and walls of crawlspace. Now, Dan has peace of mind knowing his crawlspace is sealed and waterproofed.

A foundation was bowing inward in an Old Monroe, MO Basement, causing a large horizontal crack to form. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was installed. This will permanently stabilize the foundation and eliminate any further inward movement. This will also reverse the effects of wall failure, straightening the walls to their original position and closing the cracks to prevent water leakage. This foundation will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
A driveway was sinking in O'Fallon, IL, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slabs back up. This will improve the safety of the driveway and restore peace of mind for years to come!
