Mike and Shelly, O' Fallon, Missouri homeowners, were experiencing wet spots in their basement. They had worked with Woods Basement Systems before for foundation wall repair so they gave System Design Specialist Jeremy R. a call back. He developed a plan to keep their basement dry. 

Foreman Kevin J. and his team installed the WaterGuard system. The waterGuard goes along the perimeter of the room and collects incoming water from below, behind, and down the wall. It is specially designed to not get clogged with mud, a common problem in most drainage piping. It will redirect the water to a sump pump, where it can be safely removed from the home. 

Mike and Shelly now have a safe and dry basement they can enjoy.

Foreman Kevin J. and his crew installed the system, which has WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe sump pump replaced their current sump pump. It was a better option because the three pumps insure it is always dry. The primary pump works nearly constantly, the secondary pump is set higher in the tank than the primary pump. This allows it to kick on when the pump becomes overwhelmed. Since they are on separate discharge lines and circuits they work as if you had to sump pumps in the area. The third pump is a battery operated UltraSump. It will kick on when the water is way to high or when the power goes out. 

The pump is airtight so the water cannot evaporate back into the basement air. It does have an opening to allow direct drainage in the case of a pipe breaking or flood. There is also alarms that go off if the water levels gets too high so you can check it before it floods. 

Mike and Shelly now have a stable and dry basement they can enjoy. 

Terry of O'Fallon, Illinois had sinking concrete around his pool, so he called Woods Basement Systems fro help. Systems design specialist, Barry C. recommended installing PolyLevel for the job.

Foreman, Christopher B. installed the product.PolyLevel is used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs and it is made of a polyurethane formula, or foam. How it works is first, small holes are drilled into the concrete. Then the polymer is injected into the void and within 15 minutes of installation the concrete can be used again.

Now Terry C. can safely swim and walk around his pool. 

O' Fallon, Missouri homeowner Stuart had noticed cracks in his poured concrete foundation walls. He gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Pete developed a plan for them. 

Foreman Malik and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors for Stuart. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors are steel rods that are drilled through the wall and 12 feet into the soil. They are then anchored on both ends, giving the wall the resistance it needs to pull the wall back to its original position. 

Stuart and his family can now enjoy their basement without any worries. 

As homes age, it is not uncommon for front porches to begin sinking and sloping. This not only creates issues with the structure of the home itself, but safety issues as well. Woods Basement Systems was called to this O'Fallon, Missouri home to fix the sinking and seperating front porch. In order to do this, several Push Piers were inserted underneath the foundation and adjusted to lift the porch. These galvanized steel supports were left in place to prevent any additional sinking!
