Kimberly and Joe of O'Fallon, Missouri needed their basement waterpoofed. For years, water had been entering their home anytime it would rain or storm, damaging their drywall, floors, and items that were stored in their basement. They finally decided to give Woods Basement Systems a call to see if they had a solution to their wet basement problem. One major problems with their basement was that the sump pump was broken and not working, so even when water was on the floor, it would not turn on to collect the water and send it out of the home. Our team installed a new sump pump, the TripleSafe system. TripleSafe includes three pumps in one sump liner one of the pumps included is a batter backup pump. This system will keep your basement dry no matter the weather or power situation. 

Thomas B is worried about the foundation walls in his basement. The walls are cracking and leaking some water. To fix this, Scott M and his crew installed GeoLock Wall Anchors to help support the foundation. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and repair the cracks. These will also bring the foundation back to its original position, and keep it there.

A CleanSpace wall was also installed to prevent water vapor from getting in, and allowing water to drain behind the liner into WaterGuard, which was also installed to catch and drain away water to the sump system. Thomas can now rest assured knowing that the foundation won’t fail and his basement will stay dry!

This will stabilize, lift, and level the slabs with high strength polyurethane foam. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also added to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete.
