To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level out the concrete. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant with withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive, as it is very durable. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their concrete will remain in great shape!

After a comprehensive assessment, the Woods Basement Systems team created a customized repair plan for the home. High-density foam was injected beneath the concrete to lift and stabilize the sunken sections. Once proper alignment was restored, cracks were repaired to provide a smooth and stable surface. The repair was finalized with a durable joint sealant designed to keep moisture out and protect the concrete from future wear. The final image shows the driveway restored to a level, safe condition for the homeowner.

WaterGuard collects the water and guides it away from the basement. Joan and Rick can now enjoy their dry basement with no worries about mold and damage.
