Systems design specialist, Timothy W. was able to find a solution and recommended Geo-Lock wall anchors to be installed.

Foreman, Jeremy R. installed the wall anchors. Geo-Lock wall anchors are made of galvanized steel and are connected by rods. They are embedded into the stable soil away from the home and can be tighten during dry seasons. The anchors are used to permanently stabilize foundation walls and can, in most cases, pull walls back into their original position.

So, now Terry P. can rest easy knowing he has a stable foundation.

Foreman Matt and his crew injected the PolyLevel under the slab. The PolyLevel is an eco-friendly expanding foam. It will expand to lift the slab. The PolyLevel will not wash out or cause future settling from added weight. It can also set in just a couple hours. 

Don and his wife can now use their garage again without worry of tripping or foundation damage.

Team Woods recommended installing BrightWall panels onto the basement walls to protect them from damage because they are water resistant. WaterGuard drains were also recommended into the footing of the basement walls to collect the water leaks the panels collect and send them to the sump pump.

In order to reinforce the damaged walls, several GeoLock wall supports were put installed. These work by connecting heavy anchors buried deep in the firm soil far from the home to steel plates affixed to the interior surface of the damaged walls, effectively pulling them outward over time.
