John G. of Chesterfield, Missouri noticed that, even though he already had a working sump pump, water was collecting in his basement. He did not want to have to clean up a mess after every heavy rain storm, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.
Design specialist Jake S. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a Waterguard drainage system and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. Foreman Mason S. then headed to the home to install these products.
The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. It accepts water from the soil before it reaches the surface of the basement floor. The Waterguard then drains the water to the sump pump.
John G. no longer has to worry about a flooded basement. He now has a dry and waterproof home.
Matthew and Linda S were concerned when they noticed that their basement walls were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. One of our System Design Specialists was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, in Matthew and Linda’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to stable soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
Customer, Bettie from Chesterfield, Missouri had a leaky basement which caused a beam to rust. She decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help and upon fiurther inspection, systems design specialist, Peter N., found a solution. He recommended the installation of a waterproofing system with a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Jose L., installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump keeps a basement or crawlspace dry through three ways: the primary pump, the secondary pump, and the battery powered backup pump. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier, meaning it does not support mold growth and it seals out dirt, critters, and moisture. The WaterGuard is installed in the permeter if the basement floor and collects the water that seeps through and guides it to the sump pump, so it can be pumped out of the home.
Bettie D. can now sleep easy, knowing her basement is dry.
Jason T. of Chesterfield, Missouri had water leaking into his basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Saba C. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump has three ways to protect you home: a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. CleanSpace is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. WaterGuard in installed in the perimeter of the basement floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump so it can be removed from the home.
Now Jason T. has a dry, healthy basement.
