As part of the of the waterproofing system, WaterGuard was installed under the concrete floors of the basement along the walls to collect any encroaching water and drain it to the sump pump. A SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to keep the relative humidity in the basement low to prevent mold growth and eliminate musty smells.
