Kevin D. of Ballwin, Missouri discovered that his home's basement was collecting water even though he already had a working sump pump. He did not want to have to clean up a wet basement after every rain storm, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a CleanSpace wall system and a WaterGuard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace wall system, pictured above, is a plastic liner that acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it. It is attached to the walls of the basement. 

Kevin D. no longer has to worry about his home's basement flooding. He now has a dry and waterproof home.

David and Darlene W were concerned when they noticed that their floors were sinking and their basement walls were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Brenton K was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Bradly P installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in David and Darlene’s basement.  The Wall Anchor, shown above with a cover, has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house, and the other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and will straighten the walls over time.

This homeowner was concerned about leaks and moisture coming in through cracks in his basement walls. System Design Specialist Brendon K. recommended CleanSpace vapor barriers to address the issue. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that seals out moisture as well as harmful microbial growth.

Foreman Greg H. and his team installed CleanSpace in the homeowner's basement. Now they no longer have to worry about unwated leaks or moisture in their home. 

This Ballwin, MO homeowner noticed uneven concrete slabs in his garage. He called Woods Basement Systems for help and met with System Design Specialist Barry C. who helped him come up with the ideal fix for his problem.

Foreman Andrew T. and his team installed PolyLevel to restore the slabs to its original position. PolyLevel is an advanced polymer solution that provides instant, reliable reinforcement without excessive jacking. 

Susan from Ballwin, Missouri experienced uneven concrete slabs in her driveway. That can cause damage to vehicles and is considered a tripping hazard, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Jeremy R., recommended PolyLevel as a solution. 

Foreman, Andrew T. installed the PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a high density polyurethane formula, or foam and is used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. First, small holes are drilled into the concrete and then the polymer is injected into the void. 

Susan H. can now safely use her driveway.
