The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home dry with its three-in-one system that includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is made of inorganic materials, so it is not susceptible to mold growth. It is used to collect water that can drain through basement walls. Then the water goes to the WaterGuard which is a perimeter drainage system located below the CleanSpace. It will take the collected water and guide it to the sump pump to be fully removed from the home.

As homes age and foundations shift, basement walls often start to crack and bow inward. Although cracks themselves are not hugely concerning, they can lead to serious problems, from water leaks to collapsing walls. This basement experienced water damage once the temperatures rose and the snow melted inside the basement. To protect the home from water damage, WaterGuard drains were installed around the perimeter to collect the water and direct it towards the home's sump pump to then be pumped out.
