Homeowners Don and Jean W. of Ellisville, Missouri needed to waterproof their basement. After a recommendation from a friend, they made a call to Woods Basement Systems. Our foreman Luis Rivas and his team installed in a waterproofing system to keep the basement dry for years to come. Several products were installed including WaterGuard, IceGuard and TripleSafe. Once the products were installed, the homeowners were happy with the work done in the home.

Ballwin, MO homeowner Dawn was experiencing a wet basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call. System Design Specialist Adam R. determined her key issues and developed the ideal plan for her. 

His plan included CleanSpace, WaterGaurd, TwinPack sump pump, and a WellDuct in the basement and aexterior trench drain, Lawnscape Outlet, and IceGuard outside the home.

Water was leaking down a basement wall in Ballwin, MO, and causing some damage. To solve this issue, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner on the walls. This will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any wall leaks down to WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system that will catch these leaks and lead them to the TripleSafe Sump System, which will then pump this water out. This basement will stay clean and fresh for years to come thanks to these systems!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Ballwin, MO, leaving a musty smell that was spreading to other parts of the house. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace Liner was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth. It will also dramatically reduce the air's humidity level, eliminating mold growth and rot from the crawlspace and making the whole house healthier. The bright white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and allows one to easily see that the crawlspace is free of mold, insects, and dirt.
