A basement in Manchester, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system won't get clogged, due to its horizontal design. Mike from Ballwin, Missouri had lived with the uneven concrete slabs outside of his home for years before finally deciding to have the issue resolved. He reached out to our business to help find a solution and we found one that would offer a permanent fix for his concrete woes.

We lifted the sinking concrete using our unobtrusive concrete leveling system. The system offers a quick turnaround that allows the concrete to be used the same day as installation. We also filled the exposed joints between the slabs with our joint sealant, giving the concrete an updated and clean look while also preventing movement down the line.

Once it was concluded that their concrete steps needed PolyLEVEL injection, Woods Basement Systems sent their foremen, Joshua B. to inject PolyLEVEL.

After penny-sized holes were drilled into selected concrete slabs, Joshua worked to inject PolyLEVEL under the slabs. The entire process took a little over an hour to complete, and Tom and Debbie were extremely satisfied with the results.

Doe Run, MO resident Rhonda D. needed an effective solution to keep her crawl space airtight, ensuring that moisture and humidity stay out. System Design Specialist Scott R. knew that the EverLast Crawl Space Door not only looks great and is preventative against rotting or rusting, but it also keeps the area closed off and secure from any outside moisture. Once Foreman Robert G. and his has this installed, Rhonda can rest assured that her crawl space will no longer have a leaky door.

Colin R. of Bonne Terre, Missouri noticed that the walls in his home's basement were cracking and bowing. He did not want the problem to continue to get worse or cause a safety hazard, so he called Woods Basement Systems.

Design specialist Brian H. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a few PowerBraces and Wall Anchors. Foreman Jeremy R. then traveled to the home to start the job. Wall anchors, pictured above, are made of steel and extend from the inside walls of the basement to the hard packed soil outside. They help stabilize and prevent further movement of the walls.

Colin R. no longer has to worry about his home's walls bowing and cracking. He now has safe and stable basement walls.
