Jim of Saint Charles, Missouri has wanted to fix his driveway for years. After looking over his options, he decided to give Woods Basement Systems a call. He then talked to Phillip H., one of our system design specialist. Phillip then recommended the installation of PolyLevel to fix the issue.

Foreman, Andrew T. and his crew installed the Polylevel in order to provide support for the unleveled driveway. This product is made out of inorganic materials and is a lighter material than mud jacking. PolyLevel won't cause the soil to sink and is the best option for a permeant fix.

Now Jim can enjoy his driveway knowing that it is leveled!

Customer, Michael of St. Charles, Missouri was wanting to finish his basement, but there was a crack in his foundation that was causing water to leak in, so he decided to call Woods Basement systems to find a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris T., recommended installing a TripleSafe pump, WaterGuard, and CleanSpace wall solution.

Foreman, Jose L. installed the products. The TripleSafe pump works in three ways to keep a basement or crawl space dry. It uses a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump to guarantee that your basement stays dry. WaterGuard is installed into the perimeter of the a basement floor and works to guide water to the sump pump where it will be removed from the home. CleanSpace wall solution collects water that seeps through basement walls and protects form water damage.

Basement leak often occur if a garage is part of the basement.  Severe wind blown rain or flash flooding may leak water beneath the garage door.  Trench drain adds another level of protection for a basement waterproofing system to make sure that the basement will stay dry and stay dry all the time.

The wall anchoring system is designed to hold a bowing in wall in place and stop further inward movement of the wall.

The interior anchor plate is a large single plate attech to the DOUBLE earth anchor plate.  Engineers have caluclated the depth and distance the earth anchor needs to be for the proper working order of the wall anchoring system.  Soil undisturbed is dense and can stop the inward shifting of the loose soil inthe backfill area next to a basement foundation.

Sadon B and his crew installed WaterGuard to seal up and drain away water directly to the sump system. IceGuard was also added to prevent the lines from clogging up with ice when they freeze up in the winter. Rosalie can now relax knowing that the water will have a clear path to the sump system!
