A Saint Charles, MO resident was tired of dealing with a wet basement every time it rained.  The basement did not have a proper waterproofing system, so there was nothing to carry the water to the sump pump and out of the home.  The homeowner wanted to use his unfinished basement for storage but could not do so because of the incoming water. 

Woods installed WaterGuard and replaced the unreliable sump pump with a SuperSump in order to permanently waterproof the basement. 

These St. Charles, MO homeowners had a 3-inch lip from their driveway to the garage. Knowing that Woods Basement Systems has a revolutionary product for concrete leveling, they contacted us for a free estimate.

Our system design specialist evaluated the uneven concrete and determined that our PolyLevel system would level their driveway. After installation, the customers can now use their garage without the worry that it will damage their vehicles. They also no longer have to worry about the tripping hazard or the unsightly look of such a large gap.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After it was installed, it was covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water that is rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
