Sean K was concerned about water coming down the walls and pooling in the basement. To solve this issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. This advanced sump system will remain working even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the UltraSump battery backup pumping system. Sean can now have peace of mind knowing that his basement will stay dry and clean for years to come!

A crawlspace had flooded in Fenton, MO and there was nowhere for the water to go. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace Encapsulation System was first installed. This liner completely isolates the crawlspace from the earth.
