Sean K was concerned about water coming down the walls and pooling in the basement. To solve this issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the TripleSafe Sump System, which was also installed to pump the water away from the house. This advanced sump system will remain working even if there is no power to the house, thanks to the UltraSump battery backup pumping system. This liner completely isolates the crawlspace from the earth.
