Festus, Missouri homeowner Harry K. was distraught when water made its way into his basement.  Previously, Harry had the Geo-Lock wall anchors installed to straighten his bowing walls. Though this can aide in keeping water out, waterproofing is the only way to ensure water stays out. 

CleanSpace guides water leaking in from the walls to the WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system. Because CleanSpace prevents water vapor from escaping into the basement, it keeps the basement humidity low and hinders mold growth.

In addtion to WaterGuard and CleanSpace, the TwinPack sump pump system was installed to ensure Harry's wet basement stays dry.

IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen during the cold, MidWest winter months. Now, Harry can live worry-free knowing his basement will stay dry all the time.

Janet M. in Festus, MO had Woods Basement Systems install a sump pump in her basement.  The sump pump will pump out any unwanted water out of the space. The sump pump will pump the water to the yard throught the discharge line.

Part of the waterproofing system was the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. As shown in the picture, it's installed under the concrete floors, along the foundation walls. It will remain free of mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and take it to the sump pump for removal.
