Dana D. of Festus, Missouri had water damage due to large cracks in her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Thomas W. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump keeps your home dry from leaks and flooding with its two stainless steel pumps. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials used to seal off a basement form moisture. It works to collect water that seeps through the basement walls. WaterGuard is installed below the CleanSpace in the basement floor. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be pumped out of the home. 

Now Dana D. has a dry basement. 

This Festus, Missouri homeowner wanted to install WaterGuard drains into her basement to keep water leaks out. Team Woods foreman, John C., installed this drainage system into the footing of the walls to collect water leaks and direct them towards the sump pump. 

This Festus, Missouri basement was plagued with leaks. Water would make its way into the basement whenever it rained, and the severity varied with the amount of rainfall. The homeowner was sick and tired of dealing with the constant cleanups, so she called Woods Basement Systems for help. Among other things, a Woods team installed under-floor WaterGuard drains at the base of the leaking walls to catch leaks and prevent them from getting into the space. 

In Festus, Missouri homeowner Pam H. was worried about the water problems in her basement. For years, she had been checking and cleaning the basement every time it would storm or rain. The rainwater was entering their home where the basement floor meets the basement wall, sending water to damage and ruin any items stored in the space.

Our team was sent out to the home by our System Design Specialist Ben Wiedman to install solutions to waterproof Pam’s basement. In order to waterproof the basement, they installed our WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems. WaterGuard is our premiere interior drainage system, catching the water before it can enter the home. TripleSafe is our sump pump system, collecting the water and sending it out of the home quicker than it could enter.

Support blocks in a Festus, MO crawlspace were failing, causing the floors in the house to sag. To fix this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize crawlspace beams and joints and lift the floors above the crawlspace back to their original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This will restore peace of mind for years to come!
