Harry K. of Festus, Missouri was frustrated with his wet basement. The Woods Basement Systems team designed and implemented a solution to his problem. 

In addtion to WaterGuard and CleanSpace, the TwinPack sump pump system was installed to ensure Harry's wet basement stays dry.

Harry K., Fesuts, Missouri homeowner, experienced water leaking into his basement. To combat the water, the IceGuard was installed in addition to WaterGuard and the TwinPack sump pump system.

IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen during the cold, MidWest winter months. Now, Harry can live worry-free knowing his basement will stay dry all the time.

Janet M. in Festus, MO had Woods Basement Systems install a sump pump in her basement.  The sump pump will pump out any unwanted water out of the space. The sump pump will pump the water to the yard throught the discharge line.

Part of the waterproofing system was the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system. As shown in the picture, it's installed under the concrete floors, along the foundation walls. It will remain free of mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and take it to the sump pump for removal.

Water had wreaked havoc on the basement of Barbara G.'s Festus basement over the years. The walls were water stained and damaged and mold had left its mark along the stone bricks. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed over the dingy walls. CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic vapor barrier that prevents moisture from the foundation walls from entering the basement. It directs the encroaching water down to the drainage system. CleanSpace gives the basement a brighter and cleaner appearance, as well.
