Our team was sent out to the home by our System Design Specialist Ben Wiedman to install solutions to waterproof Pam’s basement. In order to waterproof the basement, they installed our WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems. WaterGuard is our premiere interior drainage system, catching the water before it can enter the home. TripleSafe is our sump pump system, collecting the water and sending it out of the home quicker than it could enter.

Support blocks in a Festus, MO crawlspace were failing, causing the floors in the house to sag. To fix this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize crawlspace beams and joints and lift the floors above the crawlspace back to their original elevation. A driveway was sinking in Festus, MO, causing the slabs to dip and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath.
