Derek M. was distraught when his Arnold, Missouri basement was damaged by water leaking in where the floor meets the wall. The water had caused damage to his carpet and drywall and risked damage to his valuables.

Gerica S., system design specialist, designed a solution to keep Derek's basement dry. WaterGuard was installed by Foreman Bradley P. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that guides water to the TwinPack sump pump system and away from the home.

With TwinPack and WaterGuard, Derek's basement has been restored to dry and comfortable.

Water getting into a basement can damage belongings stored there as Karen and Matthew M. of Arnold, MO found out firsthand. Each time it rained, water would leak into their basement and make messes that took hours to clean up so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing a basement waterproofing system.

As part of the waterproofing system, IceGuards were installed on the exterior of the home. Discharge lines leading out of the home from the sump pump may become frozen during winter months. IceGuards prevent water from coming back into the basement by allowing it to escape through its slotted openings into the yard.

Homeowner Dianna S. in Arnold, MO noticed unleveled and cracked concrete in the driveway of her home. After realizing the unpleasant appearance and safety hazards that comes with uneven concrete, she gave Woods Basement Systems a call. 

System design specialist, Jeremy R. did an inspection and created a design that would restore the driveway of the home. Foreman William T. did a PolyLEVEL installation that would guarantee leveled and safe concrete. The PolyLEVEL system requires lightweight equipment and less damage than other repair options. Instead of using a mixture of concrete and mud, high-density polymers are injected into small holes that are drilled in the concrete.

As the "after" picture shows, the PolyLEVEL system was the best solution to restore the driveway of the home. 

Chris H was concerned about the uneven concrete in front of his home. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist David D was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman William T used PolyLevel to raise the sinking concrete. PolyLevel is injected into the concrete and will push it upward. The injection will leave behind a dime sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.

Geneva and Obbie B were concerned when they noticed that their basement walls were beginning to bow. So, they decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Austin G was able to come up with the solution to the problem.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in Geneva and Obbie’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house and the other will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
