In Creve Coeur, MO, this basement was installed with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. TripleSafe will help protect this basement from flooding and is also designed with a battery back up which will kick on in times of power outages. 

Katrina P was concerned when she noticed that her kitchen floors were sinking. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Adam R was able to come up with a solution to the problem. 

Foreman Jeremy R installed a SmartJack in Katrina's basement. The SmartJack will rest on stable soil and support the portion of the house that is sinking. It will also be able to raise the level of the floors overtime. 

Caprice B. of St. Louis, Missouri, had water leaking into her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Brenton K. was able to recommend installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to keep your home protected all year round. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. The WaterGuard is located in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the collected water from the CleanSpace and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Caprice B. has a dry basement. 

This Creve Couer, Missouri basement had been plagued with leak-related issues for many years. Whenever it rained for an extended period of time, water would run down the walls and pool on the floor, making it difficult to make effective use of the space. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team installed an under-floor WaterGuard drainage system to catch leaks well before they had a chance to reach the floor. 

Erin R is wanting her crawlspace finished. There is a lot of dust and dirt, and there is mold growing on the beams from damp, outside air coming in.

Nathan Z and his team installed a CleanSpace liner for the crawlspace. This will prevent water vapor from getting in, keeping the air dry. A TripleSafe pump was also installed to pump out unwanted water. 

The before image shows what the crawlspace looked like before being worked on, and the after photo shows the crawlspace with the CleanSpace liner and the sump pump installed. 

Erin can now rest assured that her crawlspace will stay clean and dry!
