This system consists of a highly durable foam that is injected directly beneath the concrete. As it sets, the foam lifts the concrete back up to its original position. With the slabs level, Woods could then fix the cracks with the NexusPro System. This system is a silicone-based sealant for cracks. It is specially engineered to stay flexible over time and stand up to harsh weather conditions. It has a very quick application and drying time and can last over 20 years. With these two installs in place, this patio is sure to stay level for many years to come.

To help keep the crawlspace inhabitable and safe for entry, a foreman installed a CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep mold growth, rot, and humidity from entering the home. The antimicrobial additive technology in the CleanSpace™ system has no odor and can be used to stop water vapor from permeating from the floor and instead be seeped to the sump.
