In the before photo you can see the window well of this Affton, MO home just after removing the cover, which you can see is sitting off to the side in the bottom left corner. Obviously this well and cover were not up to the task of keeping water and debris out of the well, which means water was able to leak into the basement. These homeowners called Woods Basement Systems to upgrade their window well and get it waterproofed once and for all. In the after photo you can see our SunHouse window well which has a water tight cover that will keep moisture and debris out of the basement permanently!
Marsha B. of Affton, Missouri noticed that her garage and patio were sinking and cracking due to concrete settlement. She did not want this problem to become a tripping hazard, so she called Woods Basement Systems for a solution.
Design specialist Chris T. assessed the situation and decided that PolyLevel would fix the problem. Foreman William T. then traveled to the home to get the project started. PolyLevel is inserted below the concrete through a penny-sized hole. The foam material expands and pushes the concrete back to its original position.
Marsha B. no longer has to worry about her concrete patio or garage sinking and cracking. She now has a level patio and garage.
This homeowner was distraught over water pouring into her basement through cracks in the floor. System Design Specialist Luke K. inspected the area and recommended an ideal drainage solution to remove the excess water.
Team Woods installed WaterGuard drain systems to alleviate the collection of unwanted water. WaterGuard is installed under the floor slab for powerful, clog-free drainage without any unsightly appearance.
Frank of Affton, Missouri had uneven concrete slabs on his front sidewalk which can be a tripping hazard, so he called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Peter N. recommended PolyLevel for the job.
Foreman, Andrew T. installed the PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a high density polyurethane formula which is used to permanently lift and stabilize sinking concrete slabs. Small, dime-sized holes are drilled into the concrete and then the polymer is injected into the void. The holes are covered with cement and within 15 minutes to concrete can be used again so there is no long wait for it to settle.
Now Frank M. can safely use his sidewalk.
Jim of St. Louis, Missouri had a leaky basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Chris T. recommended installing a WaterGuard system along with a TipleSafe pump.
Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The WaterGuard system works to guide water that seeps through the walls over to the sump pump. The TripleSafe pump has a three-in-one design that guaranteed a home to keep your home dry all year round. It comes equipped with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump.
Now Jim B has a dry, clean basement.
