In an older St. Louis, MO home, a Woods Basement Systems team installed Waterguard and TripleSafe Sump Pump to waterproof the homeowner's basement. The WaterGuard drains water from the basement into the TripleSafe, which pumps it out of and away from the home.

In the before photo you can see the window well of this Affton, MO home just after removing the cover, which you can see is sitting off to the side in the bottom left corner. Obviously this well and cover were not up to the task of keeping water and debris out of the well, which means water was able to leak into the basement. Design specialist Chris T. assessed the situation and decided that PolyLevel would fix the problem. Foreman William T. then traveled to the home to get the project started. PolyLevel is inserted below the concrete through a penny-sized hole. The foam material expands and pushes the concrete back to its original position. 

Marsha B. no longer has to worry about her concrete patio or garage sinking and cracking. She now has a level patio and garage.

This homeowner was distraught over water pouring into her basement through cracks in the floor. System Design Specialist Luke K. inspected the area and recommended an ideal drainage solution to remove the excess water.
