Amanda A. of St. Louis, Missouri had water leaking into two of her foundation walls, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Luke K. was able to help by recommending the installation of a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Jose L. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump has a three-in-one design which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. The pump is able to keep your home dry and protected all year round with its extra added three pumps. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is attached to the foundation walls where water is leaking in and it helps to collect the water that seeps through the walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sum pump in order for it to be removed from the home.

This South St. Louis basement was experiencing leaks during periods of heavy rain that would lead to quite a bit of water buildup. This made it difficult to make good use of the space. The homeowner called Woods Basement Systems, and a team installed WaterGuard drains underneath the floors as well as an UltraSump sump pump to remove any leaks from the home. The basement is now totally protected from water. 

Cracking present in the exterior brickwork of a home is quite often a sign of foundation settlement. Because of this, it is important to contact an expert if and when these cracks are noticed before the problems can get worse. This South St. Louis homeowner did the smart thing and called Woods Basement Systems as soon as she noticed cracks on the outside of her home. A Woods team installed several Push Piers, galvanized steel beams, underneath the foundation before adjusting them to lift the home back to level. It's a good thing that this homeowner called when she did!

This South St. Louis home was plagued with leaks anytime it rained. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team began by installing under-floor WaterGuard drains at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water. After this, a CleanSpace vapor barrier was put in place over the walls to seal moisture out of the space and guide leaks down toward the WaterGuard drains. Finally, a TripleSafe sump system was installed to remove all water from the home. 

A basement in Saint Louis, MO was having some water problems, making it humid and causing a musty smell to spread throughout the house. To solve these issues, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner on the walls. This will stop water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any wall leaks down to WaterGuard, which is a perimeter drainage system that will catch these leaks and lead them to the TripleSafe Sump System, which will then pump this water out.
