Woods installed the TripleSafe as part of the waterproofing system. The TripleSafe collects water from the perimeter drainage system and pumps it safely out and away from the basement. It contains three pumps, including a battery back up pump, to ensure the basement stays dry even in heavy downpours and power outages.

CleanSpace was installed over the stained walls as part of the waterproofing system. CleanSpace is a thick, durable plastic moisture barrier that prevents water from getting into the basement through the foundation walls and instead directs it down to the perimeter drainage system below. It also give the basement a brighter, cleaner appearance.

Woods installed WaterGuard as part of the waterproofing system. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement, as seen in the picture. It sits on top of the concrete footing of the home so it won’t become clogged with mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and drains it away to the sump pump for removal.

Woods installed the WaterGuard under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. Unlike other drainage systems that are installed along the concrete footing or on the exterior of the foundation, WaterGuard sits on top of the concrete footing. This keeps it away from any mud that might clog it while it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Design specialist John S. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SmartSump sump pump, a SmartPipe drainage system, and a Sanidry Sedona. Foreman Brett J. then headed to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that is placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and completely seals the crawl space from the ground below.
