Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
Water was leaking at the wall and floor joint in a basement in Saint Louis, MO when it rained, so the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry and clean for years to come!
This St. Louis homeowner's basement ceiling was starting to sag due to water damage, so the SmartJack support system was installed. This pushes up and supports the beams in the ceiling of the basement, keeping it from sagging and stabilizing the floor above. Now this customer will have peace of mind for years to come.
A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, had some cracks starting to appear in the foundation walls. Most likely this is caused by moving ground soils as the temperature heats and cools over time. To address this issue, Woods came in and installed the Push Pier System. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!
