Dianne G. of St. Louis, MO had a sump pump but there wasn’t a drainage system in place. Water leaked in through the wall and flood her basement which caused hours of clean up so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended installing the WaterGuard drainage system to tie in to her existing sump pump.

Woods installed the WaterGuard under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. Unlike other drainage systems that are installed along the concrete footing or on the exterior of the foundation, WaterGuard sits on top of the concrete footing. This keeps it away from any mud that might clog it while it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Mark S. of Bevo Mill, Missouri was shocked when he discoved that his home's crawl space was holding water. He knew that standing water could cause problems such as rotting and mold growth, so he called Woods Basement Systems for help.

Design specialist John S. assessed the situation and decided the best solution was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system, a SmartSump sump pump, a SmartPipe drainage system, and a Sanidry Sedona. Foreman Brett J. then headed to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, is a durable liner that is placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and completely seals the crawl space from the ground below.

Mark S. no longer has to worry about water flooding his crawl space and causing more problems. He now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. It accepts water from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. The Waterguard then drains the water to the sump pump.

Foreman, Joshua B. installed the products. The TripleSafe pump includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to guarantee your basement stay dry all year round. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier used to collect water that seeps through basement walls and sends it to the WaterGuard. The Waterguard is installed around the perimeter if the basement floor below CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Clarence E. has a dry basement. 

Amanda A. of St. Louis, Missouri had water leaking into two of her foundation walls, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Luke K. was able to help by recommending the installation of a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Jose L. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump has a three-in-one design which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. The pump is able to keep your home dry and protected all year round with its extra added three pumps. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is attached to the foundation walls where water is leaking in and it helps to collect the water that seeps through the walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sum pump in order for it to be removed from the home.

Now Amanda A. has a dry, protected basement.
