SmartJacks are steel support systems used to permanently stabilize and level the girders and floor joists in a crawl space. Now, Cathie has peace of mind knowing her crawlspace is safe and stable.

A wall was continuing to crack and shift after attempting to stabilize and seal it in Tebbetts, MO, so the GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good!

This Fulton, Missouri home's basement walls were badly cracked and slightly bowing.
