A crawlspace was becoming unstable in Belle, MO, so the SMartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will now remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!

Homeowner Peter H. of Mexico, Missouri was worried about the foundation of his home. He made a call to Woods Basement Systems to see if they could diagnose the problem and install a solution to keep his foundation walls safe and stable. Foreman Jesse Crotser and his team installed GeoLock Wall Anchors.

A basement was becoming unstable in Mexico, MO, and water was entering it. To solve this issue, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time.

Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!
