In Glasgow, Missouri homeowner Ron W. wanted his basement waterproofed. For years, he had been having problems with rainwater entering her basement where the floor meets the wall. After it would rain or storm, he would have to go down to the basement to check for water and clean it up. We sent out our foreman Juan Hernandez and his team to install our waterproofing system, WaterGuard. WaterGuard can be installed in just one or two days, and does no damage to the inside or outside of the home. It is installed around the perimeter of the basement, on-top of the footing.

This home underwent a big change for the better: CleanSpace encapsulation by Woods! Once standing water was removed, we carefully and completely sealed this crawl space from moisture. No more muggy air rising from down there!

The settlement of this home's foundation caused one of the basement walls bow. To stop the bowing, Team Woods installed Geo-Locks onto the troubled wall to prevent the wall from continuing to bow. 

Push piers were used by Team Woods to secure the settled Montgomery City, Missouri home. A piering system will regain the structure by lifting and locking the home back into its original position. This will prevent further cracking and bowing to the home's walls.
