Homeowner Nancy and Joe of Owensville, Missouri were worried about the foundation of their home. Cracks were forming and growing on the walls inside and outside of their home, indicating signs of foundation settlement. This system can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter. Once the system was installed Nancy and Joe were happy knowing their home would be stable for years to come!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Owensville, MO, creating a damp environment and allowing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth and reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The white color will also brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it. This crawlspace will now remain dry and clean for years to come!

Foreman James L installed CleanSpace Waterproofing, shown above. This is a durable plastic liner that will line the crawl space and prevent water from coming in through the ground, and keep the space dry.

Anita's crawl space needed care. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed a plan to get her dirt crawl space cleaned up. 

Foreman Josh and his crew installed CleanSpace, SmartJacks, and Spray Foam to help Anita. 

This increased the look, usability, air quality, and value of the space. It also lowered the energy costs by covering the HVAC and sealing holes between the ceiling and first floor floor. 

Anita now has a usable space she can be confident is clean.

This Cuba, Missouri home's floors were sinking above its dirt-floor crawl space. Over the years, the space's makeshift cinder block supports had begun to fail under the weight of the home, and something stronger was necessary. A Woods Basement Systems team installed several Smart Jack supports underneath the floor joists to keep the floors leveled and secured. These jacks are capable of holding 60,000 pounds each, more than enough for the average home.
