A representative from the First Baptist Church contacted Woods Basement Systems to waterproof the church's basement. This church had experienced several water leaks, and to protect the church; Team Woods installed WaterGuard drains to collect the water leaks and send them to a sump pump. Support blocks in a crawlspace in High Hill, MO were failing, sinking into the dirt ground. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed to stabilize crawlspace beams and floor joists. These will lift the floors above the crawlspace back toward their original elevation and reduce floor bounce caused by weakened floor joists or excessive spans. This crawlspace will remain stable for years to come!
