Homeowner Theresa W. of Jennings, Missouri had a flooding basement. She was unable to use the space for living or storage areas because anything put in the space would be damaged by water. She called Woods Basement Systems after seeing their commercial on television. Luckily, foreman Luis Rivas and his team had the perfect solution for her basement and would install it in just one day. Our WaterGuard system sits on top of the footing at the floor/wall joint to collect any water that may try to enter the home.

Team Woods developed and installed a system for them that included Basement Windows, TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard, and WaterGuard.

Water was leaking down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing damage to the walls. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes.

A driveway was sinking in Saint Louis, MO, causing it to crack and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the driveway and restore peace of mind for years to come!
