Vergie H is having some problems with water getting in the basement of his church. To fix this, Melvin F and his crew installed WaterGuard to catch, seal up, and drain away water directly to the TripleSafe sump system, which was also installed to pump out the water. This will stop water from leaking onto the floors. Vergie can now rest assured knowing that the basement will stay dry!
Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Saint Louis, MO, creating a damp environment and causing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The white finish will brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside. This crawlspace will now remain dry and clean for years to come!
Sump pump discharge lines in Saint Louis, Missouri, needed to be dug out and reinstalled. The water from the sump pump was having issues getting out into the yard. Woods came out and did this. Now, the water from the sump pump will be removed far from the home's perimeter.
Sinking concrete slabs can cause potential tripping hazards. Walt and Virginia M. were worried about the patio at their rental property becoming unsafe for their tenants so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended injecting PolyLevel under the concrete slabs of the patio.
PolyLevel is an expanding polymer foam that was injected under the patio. It lifts and levels the concrete and then hardens so the concrete is usable within 15 minutes. It's also waterproof so it won't wash away.
A concrete driveway was settling in Saint Louis, MO, causing the slabs to sink and become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the driveway and restore peace of mind for years to come!
