Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Saint Louis, MO, creating a damp environment and causing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. Sinking concrete slabs can cause potential tripping hazards. Walt and Virginia M. were worried about the patio at their rental property becoming unsafe for their tenants so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended injecting PolyLevel under the concrete slabs of the patio.

PolyLevel is an expanding polymer foam that was injected under the patio. It lifts and levels the concrete and then hardens so the concrete is usable within 15 minutes. It's also waterproof so it won't wash away.
