A basement in Saint Louis, MO, was leaking and needed to be addressed before concerns of mold arise. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue. WaterGuard™ was used to collect any water that entered the basement. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water collected by the WaterGuard™. This system will not get clogged by ice or snow during colder weather conditions. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry for years to come! 

A sidewalk in Saint Louis, MO, was unleveled, resulting in large gaps to from in between the concrete slabs. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. This foam expands and lifts the concrete slab up to level it out. Once it hardens, it becomes rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps. This flexible sealant will withstand any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their sidewalk will remain in great shape! 

Single sump pumps do not work well during power outages, as this Manchester, Missouri homeowner found out.  Our #1 service call issue is that after years and years of dependable pumping service, the single sump pump finally dies...usually during a thunderstorm, yikes!  Our TripleSafe® sump pump system comes with a sealed lid, high water level alarm, radon functioning floor drain, and three pumps with pump stands and battery backup.

When we installed the new sump pump in this home, we found silt/dirt in the bottom of the sump pump pit.  The pump stands within the TripleSafe® helps the pumps only pump out water and not the mud.

This homeowner was dealing with bowing walls.  He called Woods Basement Systems and found the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors would be the perfect solution to stop this from occurring and straighten out the damage.

Tom D was concerned when he noticed that his basement walls were beginning to bow. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Joshua L was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Bradly P installed a Geo-Lock Wall Anchor in Tom’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends and will attach to stable soil away from the house, the other end will attach to the basement walls. The device can be tightened and overtime will straighten the walls.
