Five Brothers Company of Fairmount City, Illinois had cracks in their walls which led to water leaking in, so they decided to call Woods basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Joshua H. recommended installing the TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep any home or business dry with its three-in-one design. it comes with a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump for triple protection. CleanSpace is used to collect water that seeps into a basement to guide it to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard then takes that water and transfers it to the sump pump where it can be removed from the building.

Now Five Brothers can run their business smoothly. 

The support blocks in a crawlspace in East Saint Louis, IL were failing, as they were shifting and becoming unstable. The liner was also not keeping the moisture out of the crawlspace, creating a damp and musty environment. To solve these issues, the SmartJack System was first installed. These are steel support systems that can permanently stabilize and level the floor joists and girders in a crawlspace. These add strength and stability to the existing columns and piers in the crawlspace. They are unaffected by moisture, as they will not rust, weaken, or be affected by mold. These will lift the floors above back toward their original position, reduce floor “bounce” caused by excessive joist spans, and solve the problem once and for all. Next, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will isolate the crawlspace from the ground. It also controls water, humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The white finish will brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside. Thanks to these systems, this crawlspace will remain stable and dry for years to come!

To help direct waterflow into the sump pump, WaterGuard was installed in the basement of this East St. Louis, IL home. As a way to avoid clogging, WaterGuard is also installed away from the "mud" zone. The homeowners of this home also had CleanSpace insalled to give their basement a cleaner look, as well as to reduce moisture production. 

Support beams were shifting in an East Saint Louis, IL crawlspace, causing the floors in the house to sag. To solve this issue, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. This crawlspace will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!

A Woods foreman installed discharge lines in this basement to direct water out of the house to prevent water damage from occurring. The trails were filled with concrete to even out the flooring and make it easier to move around the basement.
