Kimball C. of Brighton, Illinois discovered that his home's crawl space was collecting water after big storms. He knew that standing water could cause rotting and mold growth. He called Woods Basement Systems in order to avoid those problems.

Design specialist Jacob K. assessed the situation and decided the best option was to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system. Foreman James L. then traveled to the home to get the job started.

The CleanSpace encapsulation system, pictured above, was placed on the floors and up the walls of the crawl space. It is a durable and heavy duty liner that acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that might occur behind it.

Kimball C. no longer has to worry about his home's crawl space holding water. He now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.

Heather of Brighton, Illinois needed a new sump pump for her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Nolan M. developed a plan for her. 

Foreman Greg H. and his crew installed the TripleSafe sump pump for her. The TripleSafe is our surest way to a dry basement becuase of the three pumps it has. The primary pump is on when needed, the secondary pump kicks on when the primary pump is overwhelmed or goes out. This could be the case in a plumbing break or circut break. The third pump is a battery operated pump that kicks on when the first two are overwhelmed or the power goes out.

Water was leaking down the basement walls in Brighton, IL, causing damage to the floors. To solve this issue, the WaterGuard System was installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now remain dry and clean for years to come!
